When we relocated to Dayton back in, we discovered that if we were to find a house that met our needs (and desire), we'd have to have it built. After meeting with several builders in the area which each wanted us to go with one of the spec designs, we followed up on a recommendation by our realtor and met with Dan to discuss our vision. He listened to our ideas, and to our pleasant surprise, said he could build it. He immediately began the process where we interactively worked with him and some of the best craftsman in the construction business to make our dream house a reality—within budget, on-schedule, and to our total satisfaction. The same attention to detail that Dan puts into "Parade of Homes" million dollar plus houses is evidenced in our home. This was the beginning of a relationship that continues to the present. After a catastrophic hail storm , Dan worked with us and the insurance company to restore the house to its original condition without any undue anxiety on our part—quite a contrast to those of our neighbors.
