It’s time to design your new home and collaboration is the key. We will listen to you and what your needs are for space, the style of home you are looking for and of course budget. Dan has enjoyed strong working relationships with many of the areas Architectural Designers and can make a recommendation based on your needs. We are committed to staying true to the architectural integrity of the project and ensuring that the vision and the plan of the client and architect are fully realized.
Budget
Dan is directly involved in preparing the budget and is committed to providing accurate and realistic budgets. His many years of interrupting plans, knowledge of the entire construction process, and long-standing relationships with the finest craftsman and suppliers ensures a reliable budget for his clients. A well-documented and accurate budget prior to starting construction becomes the framework for cost accounting and budget analysis one construction begins.
Selections
The selection process is a detailed yet fun time during the homebuilding experience. Its critical that the majority of the selections are made prior to the framing stage in a custom home. The level of detail in the homes we build requires an organizational structure and a very detailed selections process that only we can provide.
Build
Once plans, paperwork, and finishes are complete its time for the fun part – the build. Dan personally oversees the construction of every home to ensure the high standards he expects and his clients deserve because he knows personal involvement is critical to the homebuilding process.
