We met Dan Devol during the 2004 Homearama. His home got our attention, the style and quality was exactly what we envisioned for our home. The construction of our home began in January of 2006 and was completed in December that same year. From start to finish Dan was always available to meet with us to discuss any questions or concerns we had about our new home construction. We truly appreciated Dan working with us and not incurring huge change orders for some of the modifications and refinements we identified during the building process. Dan has built a strong reputation in southern Ohio as one of the premier custom homebuilders. We would highly recommend him if you want a great home building experience. We still stay in contact with Dan today, value his advice and would certainly build with him again and we love our custom designed front door crafted by his brother.
