After an unsatisfactory search for a pre-owned house, we bought a land in our favorite neighborhood and hired Daniel DeVol Custom Builder to build our house. The architecture diagrams were developed to our specifications and unique to our project. The house took about 10 months to build from clearing the property to finish and the entire project was immensely fun. The process and finished project surpassed our expectations. Mr. DeVol and his sub-contractor teams were great to work with; we had a great working relationship and he worked hard to gain our trust. Trust is such an enormous factor when building a house, particularly your first. If we could afford to, we'd build a house every 5 years with Dan; it was that rewarding!
